Three-dimensional nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy for the assignment of protein structure with one carbon and two hydrogen dimensions.
Notes:
  1. Magnetization is transferred from the side-chain hydrogen nuclei to their attached \(\ce{^{13}C}\) nuclei. This is followed by isotropic \(\ce{^{13}C}\) mixing and finally the transfer back to the side-chain hydrogen atoms for detection.
  2. The nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum is used for side-chain assignment.
