Measurement method of
nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy using three NMR-active nuclei.
Note:
For proteins the three nuclei are usually \(\ce{^{1}H}\) hydrogen, \(\ce{^{13}C}\) carbon, and \(\ce{^{15}N}\) nitrogen, which requires suitable labelling of the sample.
