https://doi.org/10.1351/goldbook.09004

Definition:
Coordination polymerization making use of a heterogeneous catalyst.

Notes:
1) Heterogeneous catalysis coordination polymerization of polyolefins is sometimes known as Ziegler-Natta polymerization. Named reactions are deprecated in IUPAC terminology.
2) When using the term heterogeneous coordination polymerization, the context must allow distinction from a coordination polymerization in a heterogeneous medium.
