Radiofrequency pulse that inverts spins by using a frequency sweep during the pulse.
Notes:
- Adiabatic pulse allows very high spectral bandwidth and accurate flip angles to be achieved with high tolerance to spatial variations in RF field intensity and is thus of value in excitation of nuclei with frequency ranges.
- The sweep must be slow enough to satisfy the adiabatic condition
