Measurement method of surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) by which the Raman spectrum is significantly enhanced when the conditions occur that whilst undergoing SERS the molecules are excited by radiation that is in resonance with electronic transitions in the sample.
Note:
Enhancements of 1014 to 1015 have been measured.
