Note:
A dormant polymer chain can be reactivated to a propagating chain under the polymerization conditions within the timescale of the polymerization.
Example:
Some dormant species are the macroinitiator in AMRP or ATRP and the macroCTA or macroRAFT agent in RAFT polymerization.
