dimensionless Henry’s law volatility constant

defined via amount concentrations
symbol: Hvcc
synonym: dimensionless Henry volatility
https://doi.org/10.1351/goldbook.09019
Amount concentration cg of a species in the gas phase divided by the amount concentration cg of that species in the liquid phase under equilibrium conditions at infinite dilution: Hvcc:=limcl0cgcl
Note:
Instead of the amount concentrations cg and cl, the mass concentrations γg and γl can be used here. This yields the same dimensionless Henry volatility because the molar mass M of the solute cancels out: γg/γl=(cgM)/(clM)=cg/cl.
Example:
The dimensionless Henry volatility of ozone in water at T=298.15 K is Hvcc(OA3)=4.0.
