adsorption capacity
For strongly adsorbed solutes of limited @S05740@, the value of the amount of adsorbed substance reached in a @S05471@ is called the adsorption capacity of the @A00153@ for a specific solute; its value depends also, in general, on the nature and, in the case of more than two components, on the relative composition of the bulk liquid.
