Note:
Carbon fibres are fabricated by @P04961@ of organic precursor fibres or by growth from gaseous @H02889@. The use of the term @G02686@ instead of carbon fibres as often observed in the literature is incorrect and should be avoided. The term @G02686@ is justified only if three-dimensional crystalline order is confirmed, e.g. by X-ray @D01711@ measurements.
