@D01863@ design includes not only ligand design, but also @PT06835@ and @T06414@, which are mostly beyond the possibilities of structure- and/or computer-aided design. Nevertheless, appropriate chemometric tools, including experimental design and @MT06974@, can be of value in the planning and evaluation of @PT06835@ and toxicological experiments and results. @D01863@ design is most often used instead of the correct term 'Ligand Design'.
