Note:
Magnetization is exchanged between all hydrogens using the nuclear Overhauser effect before being transferred to neighbouring ${\phantom{A}}_{\phantom{}}^{\phantom{15}}{\phantom{A}}_{\phantom{2}}^{\phantom{2}15}\mathrm{N}$ nuclei and then back to ${\phantom{A}}_{\phantom{}}^{\phantom{1}}{\phantom{A}}_{\phantom{2}}^{\phantom{2}1}\mathrm{H}$ for detection. This spectrum can be used to obtain restraints for structure calculations.
