Three-dimensional nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy for the assignment of protein structure with one nitrogen and two hydrogen dimensions.

Notes:

Magnetization is transferred from $_{}^{}_{}^{1} H α$ and $_{}^{}_{}^{1} H β$ to $_{}^{}_{}^{13} C α$ and $_{}^{}_{}^{13} C β$ , respectively, and then from $_{}^{}_{}^{13} C β$ to $_{}^{}_{}^{13} C α$ . From here it is transferred first to $_{}^{}_{}^{13} CO$ , then to $_{}^{}_{}^{15} NH$ and then to $_{}^{}_{}^{1} HN$ for detection.
Requires $_{}^{}_{}^{15} N$ and $_{}^{}_{}^{13} C$ labelling.
Useful spectrum for obtaining $H α$ and $H β$ assignments.
