Three-dimensional nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy for the assignment of protein structure with nitrogen, carbon and hydrogen dimensions.
Notes:
  1. the magnetization is transferred from A1A221H to A15A2215N and then via the NCα J-coupling to the A13A2213Cα. From there it is transferred to the A13A2213CO via the A13A2213Cα-A13A2213CO J-coupling. For detection the magnetization is transferred back the same way: from A13A2213CO to A13A2213Cα, A15A2215N and finally A1A221H.
  2. Each NH group will show correlations to both their own and adjacent carbonyls group.
